Hélène B.
Human resource specialist
With more than 16 years experience in human resources in an international industrial company, I was in contact with more than 35 entities all over the world including a dozen establishments in France.
I worked on issues related to training, skills and career management but also in project mode, in particular on the introduction of a “quality of life at work” policy.
When I left my company, I decided to work for myself and examined the different options available to me. First of all I thought of a micro-enterprise but it wasn’t reassuring. Then I turned towards the umbrella company solution, more secure for starting an activity: insurance, top-up health insurance, employment contract, retirement scheme and unemployment scheme, etc. The commercial support also interested me for I am an HR technician and not commercially-minded.
Before choosing AD’Missions, I met two umbrella companies in Strasbourg. AD’Missions seemed to me to be more structured thanks to its national presence. The support of a training manager to guide me through all the formalities was also reassuring. Day to day, I value the commercial and HR support of the AD’Missions staff, in particular thanks to their advice on the management of remuneration and social advantages.
Their presence all over France is also an asset. If I have a customer in Lyon or Bordeaux, I can use the offices of AD’Missions to meet with my customers. Another important point, AD’Missions offers local health coverage specific to the Alsace region, instead of the general national system, enabling a higher refund rate.
